A conference entitled CONSTRUCTION AND PUBLIC PROCUREMENT: CHANGES IN LEGAL REGULATION, organised by the Lithuanian Construction Association in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and the Public Procurement Office (PPO), was held on 30 November 2021 in Vilnius.
Starting from 2022, the construction industry will face a number of changes in legal regulation: from public procurement to the Constructor’s ID. At the conference, construction market players, experts, as well as representatives of contracting authorities, and public bodies presented reports and shared their insights and advice with respect to practical application of legislation to become effective in 2022.
In addition, the participants had an opportunity to have a live discussion on how to ensure the sustainability of the construction sector and achieve the highest standards while implementing public construction projects.
